(Hint: a lot more than you might think, for now!)
Hey there! You're already awesome, just for being curious about your strengths! 🥳
Please give these questions your most candid, off-the-cuff answers. More detail is better than less -- but I get it if you're overwhelmed. No sweat. (I promise, your information is going nowhere except between you and me.) I'll have a look and do my best thinking about you and your needs, and I'll respond in a video that I'll email to you. It takes most folks only about 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.

What is the easiest, most relaxing time of your day or week? Describe what you're doing, who or what might be around you, time of day, etc.

How would people who know you really well (including the intentions behind your actions) describe you?

When people close to me need advice about _____, they come to me first. What goes in the blank?

What would your sibling or bestie say you're GREAT at, if you asked them to be serious, and not joke around.

What is something you could talk about all day, or give an off-the-cuff 10 minute public speech about?

What's something you have ZERO patience/tolerance for? Don't go for the answer that seems "right" to others - name what you truly, deeply cannot stand.

Last question -- woohoo! If you could magically wake up tomorrow and have changed any ONE thing in your life for the better, what would it be?

It's helpful here to think about more than just a name or a label, like "I'd get rid of ADHD." See if you can nail down what the result would be -- could you effortlessly be on time? Magically become the most organized person ever? Have a feeling of confidence or clarity? Something else?
