Application Guidelines — Luxembourg Wealth Management Awards 2026

Nominations are open to the Hubfinance community.
Each member is invited to nominate an individual or organisation that demonstrates excellence, leadership, or innovation in one of the 15 award categories.

No formal application is required. Members simply cast their vote and may, if they wish, include a short statement explaining their choice.

All votes are individual, confidential, and verified to ensure fairness and one vote per person per category.

Nominees are determined based on: - The number of votes received,

- The relevance of the motivations provided, when applicable.

Award winners are selected solely by the Hubfinance community, with no jury weighting.
The results will be announced during the Family Office & Asset Management Summit on 10 February 2026 at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL).-

Fairness Principles

- One vote per person and per category

- Multiple votes from the same organisation will be consolidated into a single entry

- Votes from organisations with direct ownership or commercial links to a nominee may be excluded to preserve neutrality

Optional Statement

Voters may, if they wish, include a brief explanation (one or two sentences) for their choice for example: “This organisation stands out for its commitment to innovation and service excellence.”

A selection of anonymised comments may be shared during the Awards Dinner to reflect peer recognition and the collective voice of the community.
