Venture Operations Fellow, Rock Health Capital

About the Fellowship

Rock Health Capital is seeking a part-time Fellow with strong operational skills and real technical ability to help us level up how we run our fund. This unique fellowship combines classic venture operations — managing deal flow and supporting diligence — with owning and building the automations and internal tools that make these processes scalable, accurate, and easy to maintain.

You’ll work directly with our investment team, learning how a leading early-stage digital health fund operates, while applying your builder mindset to design yourself out of the job.

What You’ll Do Own core venture ops processes: manage inbound deal flow, support diligence tracking, and keep our pipeline organized and up to date.

Identify inefficient or manual workflows and design robust, user-friendly automations and tools to replace them.

Build and maintain integrations using low-code tools and custom code when needed — we want solutions that work long-term, not brittle hacks.

Leverage AI tools (where appropriate) to streamline drafting, data cleanup, and reporting.

Help us standardize how these automations run so our small team can maintain and extend them over time.

Share learnings, propose improvements, and leave behind clear documentation.

You’ve tackled problems using a mix of code, configuration, and off-the-shelf tools—whatever gets the job done.
You look for the simplest, most robust solution (not the fanciest code) for every problem.
You’re excited to learn more about venture capital and how early-stage investing works.
