children in slum areas often spend entire days alone on the streets — sometimes as young as five: trying to survive without either parent around. not because they were abandoned, but because both parents are out working as laborers just to keep food on the table. that image stayed with us.
so we started project sayank: to help these children survive, not just study. we run survival instinct workshops where we teach kids how to stay safe in traffic, avoid dangerous strangers, and build strength in solitude. we also organize food drives and small community activities that make these kids feel safe, seen, and supported.
we’re still growing, still figuring things out: but we show up. project sayank is our way of saying “we see you” to the children the world forgets.
excited to read more about you :)
