Our staff will not give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in the weight loss service package should be construed as advice or diagnosis. The information generated by us should not be interpreted as a substitute for physician consultation, evaluation, or treatment. We are here to assist you with the program and answer questions that may come up during the program which is why we not only give you the office number but we also include the support email.

If you have any question in your mind regarding any lingering health concerns, you should seek medical assistance. If you are not satisfied with the advice being rendered by your current physician, you always have the right to obtain another medical opinion.
Additionally, if you are on medications, such as for high blood pressure, cancer and/or diabetes, or other health conditions, you agree to be monitored regularly by your physician because some medications may require adjustments during the protocol as a natural side effect resulting from weight loss with this program. If you are on any medications, such as for high blood pressure, cancer and/or diabetes, or other health conditions, please continue to follow your doctor's orders and stay on your medication(s).
Due to the nature of our system and products, once you commit and the scan is performed, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be given, even if the products are unopened. If you have questions or specific needs concerning the program, a Health Coach will address them accordingly. We thank you for your trust and confidence.
Our goal is to get your body as healthy as possible and help you reach your desired weight loss goal as effectively as possible without the use of dangerous drugs or surgery. Our system is time tested, and the patients that gain the greatest benefit are the ones that follow the program with no deviation.
Glass Products: Be careful with your glass bottles and droppers; in the event you break, spill, run out too soon, or lose any of your products, or they are taken by security while traveling, ALL products will have to be purchased again at your expense.
Our programs and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your medical physician before using.
If, while taking this protocol, you choose to pause your program due to health-related issues or elective circumstances such as vacations, traveling or other events, you are able to re-start your program within the 90 day window of your scan. Once this 90 day window has lapsed, you will be required to re-scan (a re-scan fee applies) and purchase whatever new products your body requires if you want to extend or upgrade your program.
If, while taking this protocol, a Health Coach/Member of Management feels the need to terminate your program for your safety or health concerns, we reserve the right to do so.
