With the purpose get to the game table and everything is ready, first step is to create your character, or in other words, your "alter ego" in the world of Dungeons & Dragons (hereafter D&D).
To do this, I need you to answer a few questions. Take as much time as you need. You're free to select any option you want, don't worry. If you don't have a rough idea of what you want your character to look like, that's not a problem either; just read the descriptions of each question carefully and answer whatever you like best.
The Forgotten Realms is a world, a fictional universe in fantasy literature inspired by TSR's narrative role-playing games. This world serves as a campaign setting for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. It was created by Canadian game designer Ed Greenwood as his own campaign setting and detailed in a long series of articles in Dragon magazine beginning in 1985. During the 1990s, it became the most popular setting among D&D players. Most of the action takes place on the supercontinent of Faerûn, part of a vast world called Toril.
