Lead Full Stack Developer (Drupal)
You Code Tech is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including eLearning platforms and content management systems (CMS). As a lead developer, you will oversee 2-3 full stack developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Salary: ₱80,000 - ₱100,000/month
Location: Hybrid (Makati, Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time
These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
2. Proficiency in PHP 7+.
3. Strong understanding of Drupal concepts like configuration management, Drupal APIs, and Drush.
4. Experience with version control systems like GIT.
5. Familiarity with REST Web services and tools like Postman.
6. Experience working with MySQL databases, including data manipulation, tuning, and performance optimization using Drupal APIs.
7. Project Experience: Prior experience in developing eLearning projects and CMS is highly recommended.
8. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team player mindset.

2. Lead a Team: Supervise and support 2-3 full stack developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
3. Manage Configurations: Handle Drupal settings and configurations across different environments.
4. Integrate APIs: Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless service integration.
5. Database Management: Work with MySQL databases for data manipulation and performance optimization.
6. Research and stay informed on the latest web design and development trends to continuously enhance our team’s capabilities and maintain industry best practices.
7. Optimize Performance: Ensure web applications are fast and scalable.
8. Collaborate: Work closely with different teams to deliver high-quality products.
9. You will work on eLearning Platforms by developing engaging and interactive educational solutions.
10. You will work on Content Management Systems, by building and maintain CMS platforms for easy content management.
