Fiery Cup Arise 2025 Registration Form

Here is the official procedure for registration of entries: 1. Prepare your entries. We will need TWO sample products per entry (the duplicate sample will serve as an assurance if anything happens to the other). If an entry will be registered into two or more categories, please add another sample (other than the required two) depending on how many categories it was registered for, this is for coding and backup purposes. -- example1 : If you have one hot sauce that qualifies to be entered for A1• Mild Heat Hot Sauce, A5• Native Labuyo Hot sauce, A6• Fruit Based Hot Sauce, A7• Dessert Hot Sauce, and you've registered it for those 4 categories, you will need to send 5 bottles of that hot sauce. -- example 2: If you have a chili garlic sauce entry that qualifies to be entered for B2• Wild Fire Chili Garlic Sauce and B6• Yellow Chili Garlic Sauce and you've registered it for those 2 categories, you will need to send 3 bottles of that chili garlic sauce. It just means you have to send 1 sample for every category you have registered it for plus 1 (x+1). For entries in BOTTLES, contents should be AT LEAST 100ml (MAX bottle size 375ml). For entries in JARS, contents should be AT LEAST 100ml/100 grams (MAX jar size of 350ml). Entries that are SOLID IN FORM (snacks, powder, rub etc..), should be AT LEAST 100 grams, MAX weight of 250 grams. If entries are in containers that are less than the required, participant will need to supply an additional product to meet the required volume or weight. 2. Anything received after will not be accepted, so please plan your shipping date accordingly, most especially for provincial and international entries. Shipping notes: -Make sure your entries are properly labeled, sealed, would not leak, and is shielded from the harms of shipping and handling (use bubble wrap, cartons, or paper wrap - but please, no need to wrap with too much tape as this proves too much of a hassle to remove). -Entries that have leaked, depending on severity, have a possibility of being disqualified because of improper bottling procedure. Any damage to the entries because of improper packing/shipping would not be answered by the club. Additional packaging/shipping note: Per entry: - Attach/stick/tape with your entries a small piece of white paper that would indicate the category code to where your entry would be competing in. -- example: have the code A5 attached to the bottle of the hot sauce that you have submitted to compete for the sub-category A5• Native Labuyo Hot sauce - Sticker printed is suggested, but you can also have it printed or written down on a piece of white paper then attached and covered with a clear tape, another option is to write the code with a marker on a masking tape. - Make sure code is attached to your product entry and not on the packaging/box where it was shipped. Have it attached on the bottle or jar, not on the caps. For those in pouches, boxed items which are mainly found in the Hot and Spicy Food category, just have it attached to its main packaging material. - Please make sure that code will be seen clearly, and if it is not printed make sure to write down the code legibly. Per package: - On the outside of your shipping package whatever form it is in (box, bag, wrap etc..), please have it marked with ""FIERY CUP 2025"" to make it easier for our receiving centers to have it set aside accordingly. -Attach a list with your name/brand name and a list of all your entries and their respective quantities, including the sample units. Example: Cherry Grace Chippy/Friendly Peppers 2 pcs Tabaco 5 pcs Sirasha Reminders: PHSC reserves the right to reject a product entry for judging if product is damaged, spoiled, rancid, has mold occurrence, etc.. or if it did not follow the category guidelines they are listed in (for example: Labuyo Category must have only Labuyo chili used in the hot sauce - please see succeeding post regarding category guidelines) Lastly, it is a requirement that you are part of our Facebook group (not the page).
