Membership Form

I hereby apply for membership in the "Hedge Fund Club e.V." The following points are to be observed in the membership:
- The membership fee of 20.00€ per semester is collected by direct debit on a semester-by-semester basis and in advance at the beginning of the summer and winter semesters. In the event of a return debit note for which the member is specifically responsible, the member shall bear all costs.
- The application for membership is granted with the countersignature of a member of the Executive Board.
- A cancellation of the membership for the following semester is possible up to one month before the end of the semester, whereby the date of the postmark is decisive.
- The member undertakes vis-à-vis the association to inform the association immediately of changes of address or changes regarding the account details. Otherwise, the member shall bear all costs for the determination of member-relevant data.

Authorisation to collect receivables by direct debit (SEPA-Mandate)

I hereby revocably authorize the "Hedge Fund Club e.V." to collect the payments of 20.00€ per semester to be made by me when due from my account by direct debit. If my account does not have the required funds, there is no obligation on the part of the bank to redeem it. Partial redemptions are not made by direct debit.

Written consent in accordance with data protection

The personal data provided in the application for membership, in particular name, address, e-mail, telephone, information on studies and bank details, are collected on the basis of legal authorizations and for the establishment and implementation of membership. Any further use and collection of additional information regularly requires the consent of the person concerned. You can give such consent in the following section.

Rights of the data subject: information, correction, deletion and blocking, right of objection

In accordance with § 34 BDSG, you are entitled at any time to ask the "Hedge Fund club e.V." for a comprehensive declaration of information about the data stored about you. According to § 35 BDSG, you can request the correction, deletion and blocking of individual personal data from the "Hedge Fund Club e.V." at any time. In addition, you can exercise your right of objection without giving reasons and amend or completely revoke the declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can send the revocation either by post, by e-mail or by fax to the "Hedge Fund Club e.V.". You will not incur any costs other than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing basic rates.

Declaration of consent for data processing

I agree that the "Hedge Fund Club e.V." may use my information about my studies and its progress for internal evaluations, as well as pass them on in anonymous form for the purpose of winning cooperation partners. I agree that the "Hedge Fund Club e.V." sends me information about the association and its partners by e-mail, telephone, SMS, post or by invitation in WhatsApp groups* and may use my name to create a profile in the association's internal portals and Mailchimp for the purpose of exchange and networking with members.
