All-Access Pass Contribution Submission Form

Use this form to provide information for your contribution to the Busy Brains Pass.
Contributing to the Busy Brains Pass is optional, but highly encouraged! And it's a great way to get additional email addresses!
Please fill out as much of the following information as you can so I can have it loaded up on the sales page when we open the promotion period.
A couple of important notes:
📌 The sweet spot for it's regular price is $100-$300 USD, but the minimum normal cost is $25 USD
❌ I cannot include discounts (ex: 25% off of a course)
❌ I do not recommend 1:1 services - I anticipate a loooot of sales of this, and it would simply not be possible for you to provide that much 1:1 stuff

What's the name of the offer you would like to contribute?

This can be something you already have created. Examples include mini-courses, workbooks, workshops, training videos, 1-month memberships, eBooks, etc.

(This is not required, but very much encouraged as it will help you collect extra email addresses! It will also increase your affiliate commission from 40% to 50%)

3-5 sentence description of your contribution (this will be used on the sales page for the all-access pass)

Regular price of the contribution

Please don't provide a "value" that you normally cross out on your sales page. Please provide the actual amount of money you normally charge for this.

Please upload a SQUARE graphic/image for your contribution

Please upload some type of image or mockup that will allow me to show off what you've contributed (this will be used on the all-access pass sales page, as well as other places)
Minimum file size 1080px by 1080px

Please provide the link where customers will access your contribution

This can either be a link to your sales page and a 100% off coupon OR a link to a unique page specific to this event with an opt-in form where people can sign up for your contribution for free
Note: Coupon codes and offers must be good through Sept 23rd (60 days from the last day of the summit), but anything longer than that is up to you.
If you use Thrivecart, and either host your sales pages there, have your cart embedded in your sales page, or if you're sending customers directly to a checkout page, you may wish to append your coupon code directly to your link so that it will auto-apply at checkout. Please double check: are customers required to enter credit card information when they redeem your contribution?

We require that customers not have to enter credit card info in order to redeem your all-access pass contribution. (If they do, it creates lots of customer service issues for us, and will decrease the number of people likely to sign up - and therefore the email addresses you get!)
Pro tip: in many platforms, it's as simple as disabling the upsell.

Does/Will your product already exist when people are signing up in July?

It's okay if your contribution product doesn't exist right this second, but please make sure it already exists before June 1, 2024 (ie. please don't contribute a live training you're planning on hosting in August)
(the June deadline will give us plenty of time to test sign ups before registration opens in July)
