IMPORTANT INFO:
Vendor spaces are $20 per 10x10 and are outdoor only with no electricity. Vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable to another date, and will not be deferred due to weather conditions. Event is rain or shine, but may be delayed or canceled for severe weather at the organizer’s discretion. Spaces are confirmed only after payment is received. Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting their own Illinois sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor, product, or conduct deemed inappropriate. Exhibitors hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, agents, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation.
Vendor Breakdown Policy
To help create a successful event for everyone, all vendors are expected to remain fully set up and open until the event officially ends.
Early breakdowns or departures are not permitted unless approved by event management. Weather, slow traffic periods, or low sales are not valid reasons to pack up early unless event staff makes that decision.
When vendors leave early, it affects the overall event atmosphere, shopper experience, and fellow vendors who are still set up.
Direct Sales Vendors: Only one representative per company (e.g., Scentsy, Color Street, Paparazzi, etc.) will be accepted per event. If multiple vendors from the same company register, the first completed registration will be honored, and all others will be reimbursed. Honored at a first come first serve basis per event date. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth.
