2025 CCD Smiles Conference Volunteer Form

CCD Smiles will be hosting their 2025 Conference from July 17 - July 19 at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, UT. We are looking for volunteers to help create an amazing experience for the 120+ individuals with CCD who will be traveling from all over the country to attend.

You must be over 18 in order to volunteer.
