Once we have reviewed your submitted responses, we will be in contact via email as to whether we have vacancies for boarding your pet(s) at this time with our reason(s) as to why. Please note that even if vacancies are available, we have the right to deny your boarding request if we feel that your pet(s) are not a safe fit for the current pet(s) that we have prior bookings for. We also have a 'Zero Aggression Tolerance Policy' which may prohibit us from accepting your boarding requests. Our 'Zero Aggression Tolerance Policy' can be located on our 'Forms' page under 'Facilities Policies, Procedures, and Expectations' for more information. Please also refer to our websites "Boarding' page for boarding costs, down payments, and any additional fees which may pertain to your pet(s).
By signing this form, you acknowledge that all information to which you have provided on this form is honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that falsifying information may down the road result in the loss of future services from Heavenly Pawsome Puppy Spa as well as the potential for additional fees and/or charges being filed in the event of pet aggression transpiring. Also, signing acknowledges that you have been referred to our 'Zero Tolerance Aggression Policy', how to locate it and that is your responsibility as the pet owner to review it if necessary for your pet(s).
