Commitment to the training, reading, and coaching in this program is critical to its success. It will only take ~2.5 hours a week of your time + 15 minutes a day for the first 8 weeks, and then ~ 1 hour a week + 15 minutes a day for the last 4 weeks. Are you ready to show up, do the work, and invest the time and energy to transform your mind?
