Eligibility:
1. You MUST have the appropriate Food Vendor certificate from the Prince Edward Island Department of Health and Wellness - Environmental Health Section.
2. Styrofoam and plastic containers, cutlery, and plates are NOT permitted. Vendors must use environmentally friendly alternatives such as compostable or biodegradable materials.
3. Provide a detailed description of your proposed menu items, including ingredients and pricing. Typically, vendors are permitted to sell a maximum of five menu items.
4. Adhere to all regulations and conditions set by the festival organizers, which may include health and safety standards, booth setup guidelines, and operational protocols.
5. DiverseCity Management will provide one (1) 6-foot table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) tent. Vendors may request extra tables, chairs, and an additional tent at a fee.
6. DiverseCity management reserves the right to remove any items they deem to be unfit for the intent of the Festival. Should this occur, the deposit will not be refunded.
