Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Beta Testers

By participating in this beta test for AVROPOLIS, you agree to the following terms:

Confidential Information

Although AVROPOLIS is publicly announced and listed on digital stores, this beta may include unreleased or work-in-progress content. This includes:

- Gameplay systems or features not yet revealed publicly

- Placeholder assets, bugs, or unfinished visuals

- Story content, progression, balance, or late-game spoilers

- Internal discussions or feedback related to the test

What You Agree To

You agree not to:

- Share screenshots, videos, or livestreams of the beta version

- Discuss specific details of the test version in public (e.g. Discord, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

- Share your beta access, feedback form, or game files with others

Duration

This agreement is valid until Marco Giardina publicly states that the NDA no longer applies or the content tested is released.

Breach Consequences

Breaking this NDA may result in:

- Immediate removal from the beta program

- Bans from the game or community

- Legal action in cases of serious damage

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.
