THE GAME PLAN

12:00-12:45pm: Welcome + Warmup

Check-in and enjoy light food + drinks.

Content creation station and branded photo wall.

Pickleball warm-up with music and open play. BYOP (Bring Your Own Paddle), or grab a rental at the front desk!

All guests can enter our free raffle to win a SELKIRK LUXX CONTROL AIR EPIC PADDLE!

12:45-2:15pm: Let's Ralley

Team vs team format (see below for specifics).

Teams will have between 2-4 matchups.

Simultaneous social courts stay open for casual players, drop-ins, and eliminated teams looking to keep playing.

2:15-3:00pm: Finals + Awards

Gather to watch main and back draw final matches.

Awards ceremony celebrating our champions, announce raffle winners, plus fun shoutouts like best dressed, MVP, highest energy, and more!

End with a relaxed community hangout, founders speeches, and special announcements.

THE TOURNAMENT

Match Format

Teams of 4 (2 doubles teams, any gender combination). If you don’t have a team, we’ll pair you up!

Each match consists of two doubles games (best of 3 games to 11).

If the teams split 1–1, a tiebreaker will be played: one player from each doubles team will pair up to compete in a deciding match.

Draw Format

Draw of 16 teams.

First-match consolation draw (no feed-in).

All teams are guaranteed 2 matches.

Eliminated teams are encouraged to join open play on social courts.

Entry Fee

$10 per player*

$40 for full team*

Flexible sign-up options available. You’ll pay for whoever you register—whether it’s just you, you and a partner, or your full team.

*Refunds available in case of event cancellation or upon request up until 48 hours before the event.
