What does your community help your members do?

Our community helps members to keep track of their weight and stay accountable to regular exercise

Summarise how an ideal member joins/upgrades and starts with your community

Remember, think from the member perspective.
A new community member pays to join the community, complete a new member form to record their starting weight and exercise goals, then goes through our Start course to learn how to use the community.

Summarise how an ideal member engages with your community

Remember, think from the member perspective.
They slowly work through your core course that guides them through actionable steps to lose weight and build strong habits. Every week they get sent a reminder to update their weight and progress made towards their goals. They have an accountability post where they record their weekly progress in the comments. They are encouraged to support and motivate other members towards achieving their goals.

Summarise how an ideal member leaves/downgrades in your community

Remember, think from the member perspective.
As they near their weight goal, they’ve completed the course and have made a new friend group that helps them stay accountable. They no longer really engage in the community, so they decide that it’s time to cancel their membership and leave.
