Content Production & Videography Intern

Are you a creative visual storyteller with an eye for captivating content?

If you’re a visual communicator, Join our team to craft compelling videos for diverse clients while developing your production skills. You'll gain hands-on experience filming on location, editing engaging content, and collaborating with our experienced creative team to bring brand stories to life through the power of video.

What you will learn
• Gain hands-on experience in professional video production through real-world client projects.
• Build exposure to diverse industries while learning directly from experienced creative professionals.
• Develop your portfolio, expand your network, and receive mentorship to support your growth in the creative industry.
• After this contractual period, you will receive a recommendation letter and there is a good chance to convert to a full-time role after six months.
Responsibilities
• Concept Development: Think creatively to develop fresh design concepts, planning, and storyboarding that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Videography and Photography:
Assist in video and photo shoots at client sites, capturing high-quality content using cameras and mobile devices. Prior experience in content creation is a plus.
• Post Production and Editing:
Edit photos and videos during post-production, including color grading, including sound effects, and visual enhancements, to create polished and engaging content. Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Behind-The-Scene Documentation
Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the internal team at work, including creative processes and candid moments, to showcase the team culture and project workflow on our channels.
• Trend Research:
Stay updated on social media trends and new video editing inspirations to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table with the team.
• Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the design and content team to understand project requirements and ensure all produced content aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines. Attend in-person team meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday to review project progress, brainstorm content ideas, and align on campaign strategies. Participate in client meetings to share updates, present content plans, and contribute to creative discussions.
Who we are looking for
• Proactive and Team Player:
Must be proactive in seeking opportunities, contributing ideas, and collaborating effectively with team members. A team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fast Self-Learner:
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and industry trends to adapt to the fast-paced nature of digital marketing.
• Articulate Communication:
Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, present proposals confidently with the team, and handle client pitches effectively.
Qualifications
• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident currently enrolled in a local university.
• A diploma/degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
(Fresh grads and entry-level applicants are welcome)
• Basic understanding of videography principles, such as composition, lighting, and techniques
• Experience with cameras and smartphone videography
• Knowledge in basic video editing softwares such as PremierePro, AfterEffects and CapCut
Working Hours • Mondays – Fridays: 9.30am – 6.30pm
• This role is a hybrid (In office/remote days will be re-arranged at the discretion of management)
• Potential full-time opportunity once the internship is completed.
