Marketing & Communications (Craft engaging content, social media posts, and outreach emails to promote the summit.)

Program Design & Content Development (Shape the summit's agenda, themes, and session formats e.g., keynotes, workshops consistent with Konseye's mission.)

Partnerships & Sponsorships (Explore collaborations with organizations or brands and help secure support or sponsorship.)

Sourcing speakers or mentors (Help identify, invite, and coordinate inspiring speakers, panelists, and moderators ensuring diversity including geographical and gender.)

Community engagement (Design and manage virtual speed mentoring sessions, breakout rooms, and informal networking segments etc.)

Tech & virtual support (Assist with the setup, testing, and smooth running of the virtual event platform, and provide day-of tech support.)

Registration and follow up with registrants (Support the management of event sign-ups, send timely reminders, and help ensure attendees feel informed and welcomed before, during, and after the summit.)
