I acknowledge that participation in the Circles of Friends program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities, walking excursions, and group interactions. I hereby release Green Seed Arts and associated staff from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during camp activities. I grant permission for my child(ren) to participate fully in all camp activities and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
