If you have received an invoice from your doctor and haven't already paid it we recommend you pay it quickly to avoid late fees while we review your claim.
Depending on the amount and complexity of your claim, it normally takes 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks to process the claim. If approved, you’ll receive the money in your bank account within 1 week.
Keep in mind you do not have any co-pays or a deductible with your policy. You will be reimbursed according to
terms of your Expat health insurance plan. Health conditions that started before the policy began are typically not covered.
