Creator‑in‑Residence

You see the wave before it breaks. Now help us ride it.

Heizen is building the world’s fastest software development engine, powered by AI Agents and elite engineers. But what good is the next frontier in tech if no one feels it?

We’re hiring a Creator‑in‑Residence to shape the public narrative of Heizen before the rest of the world catches on. Your job: spot the signal in the noise, build stories that punch through the algorithmic fog, and make Heizen unignorable on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit.

This is a cultural engineering role, a content marketing role.
You’ll blend intuition, speed, and craft to capture moments as they’re happening, not after.

What You’ll Do

Trendspot like a futurist. Identify platform-native trends before they peak. Be the first, not the best.
Write, shoot, edit, ship, Fast! Create 3–5 high-impact content drops per week.
Design for virality. Use story arcs, pacing, and psychological hooks that feel native to each platform.
Build narrative gravity. Tell the story of Heizen in a way that pulls in customers, tech leaders, investors, and makes them talk.
Listen to the internet. Iterate based on comments, reposts, hate-likes, quote tweets, and DMs. Let the feedback loop feed you.

You Might Be a Fit If

You’ve grown a social media account to 10,000+ followers organically.

You’re a one-person production crew, shooting videos, crafting carousels, and designing thumbnails in your sleep.

You can sense the emotional energy of the timeline, and redirect it to your story.

You know how founders think, what VCs share, what users mock, and where the cultural leverage is.

You’d rather drop a banger tweet than file a deck.

You move with founder energy: high velocity, no ego, ultra-accountable.

Why Heizen?

Backed by legends: Titan Capital (Kunal Bahl, Rohit Bansal), Varun Alagh (Mama Earth), Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn)

You’ll work directly with our founding team to shape our public voice, not just execute.

The brand you build will be seen by the who’s who of AI, startups, and tech media globally, especially in Silicon Valley.
This isn’t a safe job. It’s a rare opportunity for a creator who wants to help launch a category-defining startup and build their own reputation as the mind behind the moment.
