Mentor Application Form 2026 - The Land Collective

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor with The Land Collective!
Our mentoring programme connects professionals across the built environment and related industries with young people from underrepresented backgrounds who are exploring or beginning their careers. The aim is simple, to offer real-world insight, guidance, and encouragement that helps the next generation of talent thrive within this sector.
The mentees on the programme will range from students in sixth form to early career professionals with up to three years of experience.
Applications for our 2025 pilot cohort have now closed, but we’re already preparing for our 2026 intake in Q2. We welcome mentors at all stages of their career, from early professionals (with a minimum of three years experience) to senior leaders and those who have retired.
As a mentor, you will receive a full briefing, safeguarding guidance, and access to peer learning sessions to help you get the most from the experience. Your support can open doors for someone who might not otherwise have access to the same networks or insights.
If you have any questions or concerns about the programme, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
Thank you for taking the first step!

Do you have lived or professional experience supporting people with neurodiversity, learning differences, disability or chronic illness?

This helps us match mentors with mentees who may benefit from support that takes these experiences into account. This could include ADHD, autism, dyslexia, long-term illness, mobility needs, or other access-related experiences.
