Location: New York City, open to remote Duration: 3-6 month internship - Now through May 2026 Commitment: 20 hrs per week Reports to: Founders

Qualifications:

- Current graduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations, MBA or a related field.

- Has experience in operations either through work experience or extracurriculars.

- Strong execution skills with an ownership mindset.

- Interest in AI, technology, and innovation.

We are seeking 3 interns. Projects we’re seeking interns for (Note: 1 intern will be assigned to each area for the duration of the internship):
Marketing
- Manage the AI Furnace newsletters and Linkedin page
- Work alongside founders to execute comms plans in the leadup to the summit across channels (i.e., newsletter, linkedin, x)
- Assist in bringing in top tech journalists to attend summit
- Hone and manage sponsor experience at the summit
- Attend and support in-person summit in NYC on June 26, 2025
Developing, Curating & Executing The Fortune 500 AI Business Executive Attendees (Corporate Execs) and the Hot 100 Startup List (Founders)
- Assist founder in creating a business executive database targeting AI decision makers and budget holders within industry, and hottest AI startups from across North America
- Develop and execute comms and marketing plan to invite top AI executives and the best founders in the world to attend
- Help founders in managing the selection process alongside the advisory committee
- Manage pre-summit communications and logistics with selected executives
- Hone and manage executives experience at the summit
- Attend and support in-person summit in NYC on May 7, 2026
Sponsorships
- Assist founder in creating a sponsorships database targeting corporate sponsors and startup sponsors who fit target criteria for the summit.
- Work on top of funnel for sponsorships, doing outreach to attract top sponsors
- Work on special projects that relate to entertainment and the “wow” factor for the summit
