Provider: You create or develop AI systems or models and sell or distribute them under your own name.

Deployer: You use AI systems within your organization for professional purposes, not for personal use.

Distributor:  You make AI systems available in the EU market but are neither the original provider nor the importer.

Importer: You bring AI systems into the EU market that are produced by entities outside the EU.

Authorized Representative: You integrate AI systems into your products and sell them under your own name.

Product manufacturer: You have a written agreement to act on behalf of a provider to fulfill regulatory obligations.
