If you don't have custom needs, you’ll get an email follow-up with the next steps within 1 business day, and your assistant will be matched and onboarded within 5 business days post-payment, based on your needs and availability.
Note: Because this is a people-based service, no refunds are issued once the assistant has started, but we're happy to retrain or reassign immediately if needed.
