Indigenous Community YMHC Resource Application Form

Youth Mental Health Canada’s Indigenous Student Support Program provides educational and mental wellness resources to Indigenous communities, schools, and organizations supporting Indigenous students.

Approved applicants may receive a student support package containing resources such as YMHC wellness workbooks, educational guidebooks, motivational gifts, T-shirts, knitted or crocheted hearts, and messages of support and encouragement.

Resources are subject to availability and may vary based on the needs identified in the application, the number and ages of students being supported, available funding, and shipping requirements.

Please do not include confidential, medical, or personally identifying information about individual students in this application.

Fee Reimbursement

YMHC asks for a $100 (with 3% transaction fee) flat shipping contribution for resource packages. This helps offset Canada Post shipping costs, handling, and packaging costs while ensuring resources reach communities that will truly benefit from them.
