🔍 About the Role

Eveon Solutions is looking for a skilled frontend web developer to help us create fast, elegant, multilingual interfaces. You’ll work closely with our designers and backend team to build production-grade user experiences using modern web technologies.


Skills & Experience

🎨 Key Responsibilities

- Research real users to build personas and map their journeys. - Design user flows that are simple, even for low-tech or vulnerable users. - Wireframe complex steps into clean, intuitive screens. - Create experiences that build trust (e.g. Safety prompts, verification, reviews) - Focus on clear labeling, prioritization, and guiding user decisions. - Collaborate closely with design and product teams.

🛠 Required Skills & Tools

- Strong experience with JS, React.JS + Next.JS - Solid grasp of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles. - Comfortable with state management (Zustand preferred) - Experience using React Hook Form + Zod. - Familiarity with Framer Motion for animations. - Awareness of i18n + RTL best practices.

🤝 Required Skills & Tools

- Clean, self-managed code - Eye for UX and visual accuracy - Detail-oriented, especially with dynamic/RTL layouts - Communicate well in async, remote workflows - Proactive, reliable, and organized

📘 Hiring Task: Design Challenge (Required)

Scenario

Imagine you're designing a front-facing component library for a small product team. They need simple, elegant layout to showcase content in different themes and directions. Objective: Build a responsive UI page that contains: 1. A hero section (title, subtitle, and CTA button) 2. A grid of 6 cards (image, title, brief text, and a button) 3. A theme toggle (light/dark mode) 4. An RTL toggle (simulate Arabic layout) 5. Smooth page entry animation
