Please note, we do not offer burnaway cakes, star cakes, fondant cakes/decorations or any flavours not listed above. Our cakes are collection only from Stratford, London. The full address will be provided once your order has been place. We recommend consuming your cake within 3 days of pick up. We take a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your cake, the full balance is due. In the unlikely event that we cancel your order, your deposit will be returned in full. However, if your event is cancelled and you let us know before your cake has been made, your payment may be credited towards another order within 2 months of your original booking. Once a cake has been collected, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage. If an issue is caused on our side, we will do everything possible to resolve it quickly. All of our cakes are handmade and decorated to our own artistic style. You’re welcome to share inspiration photos, but we will not copy another artist’s work exactly.

We know things can happen on the day of your event, please try to keep us updated on your estimated time of arrival. Please note there is a 15 minute pick-up window. After this time, we may no longer be available.
