Cauldron Casting - Voice Actor Talent Pool Application

Thank you for applying to our VO talent pool. This form may take some time to submit. Please read through all sections carefully before proceeding to the next page.
1. About This Submission Form
Please note that each time this form is open, only 151 submissions out of however many are submitted will be selected to be added to the talent pool. This is for organizational purposes and to preserve the integrity of closed casting. This limit has no indication on the quality of your submission. If you are not accepted during this intake, please re-apply in the future when the talent pool reopens. Submissions will not be reviewed until the window deadline, meaning this is not a "first-come-first served" application form. You will know you have been accepted when you receive a welcome email and casting breakdown from us. We do not send rejection emails.
2. Deadline for Submissions
For this intake window, the deadline for submissions is October 1st, 2025 at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). We will not close this window early unless hell has frozen over. In the event of a technical difficulty, best efforts will be made to re-open the talent submission form at the earliest opportunity. We will not review submissions until the deadline has passed.
3. What To Expect
If you are accepted into the talent pool, we will primarily be sending you casting calls for non-union indie and mobile video games, and if you opt-in, voluntary game jam projects. Information regarding rates will be clearly stated in each casting breakdown we send and are typically informed by the higher tiers of the VAC Indie Rate Guide. Please note rates will sometimes be listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and a rough U.S. Dollar (USD) approximation will be provided. Casting breakdowns and all communication from us will only come from [email protected]. You are not obligated to audition for every call that comes from us: we are not an agency. Passing on an audition from us is completely acceptable.
In addition to not sharing ANY casting calls we send you to social media, we ask that you please do not publicly post your acceptance to the talent pool.
