GIC Workshop. Facing Burnout Together: A Group Coaching

🕒 : 180 minutes
đŸ‘„ : 6–10 participants
Are you working in game development and feeling tired, frustrated, or drained of energy?
During the conference, you are invited to join a coaching session where, in a safe and supportive space, we will talk about our burnout experience in the industry.
You can expect a mix of activities: first, an individual exercise; then sharing in pairs; followed by a short coaching session in the middle. At the end, the group will offer reflections and ‘gifts’ (positive feedback) to the person who had the session.
Please note: this is a coaching session, not therapy or a support group. The focus will be on the future and practical solutions, not on providing psychological help. It is meant to be a safe, judgment-free space. If you are unsure whether you can participate respectfully and supportively, it may be better to choose a different activity. Places are limited: sign up now to secure your spot. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
