Bizella Pre-Launch Onboarding & Data Consent Agreement
Purpose
This agreement confirms your participation in Bizella’s pre-launch onboarding program. You are being added to the Bizella system for verification, profile creation, and early access before the official public launch of the Bizella app.

1. Pre-Launch Participation
By submitting your details, you acknowledge that:
• Bizella is currently in a pre-launch phase.
• You are joining as a verified service provider in training and verification, not yet under a commercial contract.
• A full Bizella Service Provider Agreement will be issued once the platform goes live to the public.
• This form is used only to collect your information, verify your credentials, and prepare your profile.

2. Information We Collect
Bizella will collect and store the following information:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Photo of your Ghana Card or national ID
• Photo of your vocational certificate or business registration document
This data is collected to verify your identity, confirm your qualification or trade, and create your service provider profile within the Bizella app.

3. Data Storage & Security
• All data and documents you provide are securely stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform).
• Firebase uses encryption and restricted access controls to protect your information.
• Only authorized Bizella verification staff can access your files.
• Bizella follows the standards set by the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

4. Purpose of Data Use
Your personal information will only be used for:
• Technician verification and onboarding
• Identity validation using your Ghana Card
• Qualification and license verification using your certificates
• Communication about onboarding, training, or launch updates
Bizella will never sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
• Access the data Bizella holds about you
• Request corrections or deletion of your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time

for updates, verification, and training related to your Bizella profile.

By submitting this agreement, you confirm that:
• All the information you provided is true and accurate.
• You understand this agreement is for pre-launch onboarding and not a full commercial contract.
• You consent to Bizella collecting, storing, and using your information for verification and onboarding in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act (Act 843).
