Sr. Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong systems mindset and a passion for clarity, usability, and experimentation. This role blends design strategy with hands-on creation — from mapping out frameworks and workflows to prototyping AI-assisted tools that make complex ideas tangible.

Responsibilities

- Conduct light research on emerging AI design tools, design-ops workflows, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, AODA, Section 508). - Co-create visual frameworks, maturity models, and process maps in Figma, Figjam, or Notion.

- Build, test, and refine templates (checklists, dashboards, audit matrices, AI workflow canvases).

- Design wireframes or micro-prototypes for internal tools or client-facing dashboards.

- Help prepare presentation decks, visual guidelines, and documentation.

- Collaborate with engineer to ensure design logic translates into usable components

Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in UX design and/or design strategy.

- Comfortable designing frameworks, systems, or playbooks, not just screens.

- Strong visual communication and Figma proficiency.

- Awareness of accessibility (contrast, keyboard flows, screen-reader patterns).

- Interest in AI-assisted design (e.g., ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney).

- Excellent written communication and self-management in a remote setup.

Engagement

- 10 hours/week for 3 months - Remote / Flexible timezone
