Exceptional might look something like:
- You've worked on state-of-the-art research in any field.
- You've written/maintained libraries or open-source projects used in production.
- You've been a top-tier competitive programmer.
- You've been an ex-founder, preferably around deep tech.
- You've worked on difficult engineering or mathematical problems in your past jobs.
- You have worked on thin consumer products with deep customer integration and have an eye for detail
- You have run your marketing agency or are an influencer in the business space, or have done B2B GTM for US SMBs
We do not put people into boxes, an engineer is an engineer, regardless of his speciality. We want to work with similar people whose passion and curiosity is not just limited to computers, but beautiful engineering of all kind.
