Over time, our bodies learn habitual ways of responding to stress, pain, fatigue, and tension, and these responses gradually become, "somatic patterns".

This short assessment helps you identify which somatic pattern(s) your body may currently be relying on, so you can better understand why some approaches have helped temporarily, why others haven’t helped at all, and what could provide you with long-term relief.
