Purpose of the Role
The Product Commercial Lead is responsible for driving the commercial success of the organisation’s products by bridging product strategy, market execution, and revenue growth. The role ensures that products are effectively positioned, priced, launched, and scaled to meet customer needs while achieving business revenue and profitability targets.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Care teams, the Product Commercial Lead translates product capabilities into compelling value propositions and actionable go-to-market strategies across both B2B and B2C channels. The position plays a critical role in product adoption, market penetration, customer retention, and lifecycle performance management.
The role requires a commercially minded, data-driven leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a deep understanding of fintech or financial services products, and the ability to use market insights and performance data to continuously refine product and commercial strategies
