PDG Coach Application

Thanks for your interest in coaching with Sale Sharks Academy PDG!

This form takes around 15 minutes and gives us a chance to learn a little about you, your coaching, your availability and what you're looking to get out of the opportunity. There are no trick questions.

Before you start, you'll need a coaching video.

We're looking for one continuous, unedited 15-minute clip of you coaching a normal training session, shared via a link we can access.

The video is an essential part of your application, so if you don't have one ready, please film a session before completing the form. - We're interested in your coaching, not the quality of the video. You can record it on a phone, GoPro, tablet or any other camera you have available. It doesn't need professional filming, editing or special equipment — as long as we can see and hear enough to understand what you're doing, it's fine.

There's no closing date. We review applications on a rolling basis, so take your time and apply when you're ready.
