• Maintain personnel records accurately and handle information confidentially.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and required documentation.
• Track people-process requests and follow up with the responsible owners.
• Prepare routine updates and improve process documentation.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with HR information systems, onboarding, documentation and spreadsheet tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
