How your team got US SMS (10DLC) approved

About 10 minutes. Please describe real events, not opinions. Short answers are fine, and "never happened" is a useful answer too.

I'm researching this problem to decide whether to build a product. Nothing is for sale here. I'm Hieu Tran; I use AI tools to help with this research, including drafting messages and organising responses. Answers are kept private and only shared in anonymised form.

Think of the last A2P 10DLC brand or campaign registration you did (for your product or a client). Walk through it: provider, what you submitted, what came back, and how long it took.

If it was rejected: what did the rejection say, what did you change, and how many rounds did it take? What did the delay cost (a launch, a client, fees)?

What did you use to get it right (provider docs, a checker, support tickets, a consultant or Fiverr, an agency)? What was missing?

How many registrations do you expect to do in the next 12 months, and through which providers (Twilio, Telnyx, HighLevel, Plivo, Bandwidth, other)?
