Short answers are fine. "Don't know" is a real answer and better than a guess. "We don't track that" is too. Plan on 2 hours, more if you do three processes properly. If you answer nothing else, answer the work that's causing trouble, why now, and the decision. Mark anything confidential, and use roles where a name isn't needed.
