All tryout fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Failure to attend the scheduled tryout for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal emergencies, will be considered a and will be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled evaluation.

By registering, participants acknowledge that staffing, facility reservations, and administrative costs are incurred in advance, and agree to this policy in full.
