To protect both your home and my safety as a solo professional, I do not lift or move furniture or items estimated to be over 15 lbs.
I’m happy to clean behind or underneath heavier items when they’ve been moved to a safe location before my arrival, or to review specific areas during the walkthrough so we can plan appropriately. This policy helps prevent injury and accidental damage, and ensures I can consistently deliver careful, high-quality work.
