Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer who can think independently, design with intention, and build polished motion graphics from the ground up. This role requires strength in both design and animation — from typography and visual effects to motion-driven storytelling. You will work, alongside other team members, with scripts, voiceovers, brand assets, and guidelines to produce cohesive final pieces, while also managing essential project-related administrative tasks. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

- Develop well-designed motion graphics scenes and animations from concept to final delivery.

- Work with brand elements, scripts, and voiceovers to create cohesive visual narratives.

- Handle typography, pacing, rhythm, and timing with a high degree of precision.

- Maintain a clean, structured, and organized workflow across all projects.

- Manage administrative aspects of each project to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

- Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in After Effects (core requirement) Proficiency in other tools is a bonus.

- Design & Animation: Strong foundation in timing, pacing, visual hierarchy, and design principles.

- Workflow & Communication: Clear communication, disciplined organization, and the ability to explain creative decisions.

- Creativity: Ability to originate ideas, not rely on templates, and execute with professional polish.

- Experience: We value results and proficiency over years of experience
