Bill 5 – Weakens protections for species at risk by narrowing habitat definitions, threatening biodiversity. Exempts certain projects from environmental assessments, allowing development without full study of ecological impacts (special economic zones).

Bill 68 - Amends the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 to allow parts of the park — ~60% — to be removed from provincial park protection at Wasaga Beach. Proposes to amalgamate local conservation authorities and reduce local accountability and input. Removes emissions targets and climate planning.
