DREAM DAY 2026: Work with the Zhou & Eesley Family Foundation

Applied AI, Entrepreneurship, and Design Thinking workshops from Stanford/Silicon Valley to Thailand

The Zhou & Eesley Family Foundation is a U.S. private foundation (501(c)(3), founded 2021, California). We bring modern entrepreneurship and technology education to students, educators, and teams around the world. Since 2021 we've worked across eight communities and six continents — Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Tanzania, Uganda, Israel, Hawai'i, and San Francisco — alongside partners including the Penang Science Cluster, Fulbright University Vietnam, ITRI, MIT MEET, and the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

Who runs the sessions

- Charles "Chuck" Eesley, Ph.D. — Co-Founder & Treasurer. Professor of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University. His entrepreneurship courses have reached 200,000+ learners worldwide.
- Lijie Zhou — Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Leads the Foundation's programs and partnerships.
- Pear Chotbunwong — Program Coordinator & Co-Facilitator. Your point of contact for scheduling and logistics, and co-leads sessions on the ground.

What a session looks like

Hands-on and intensive. We cover applied AI and computer science for real use cases, technology entrepreneurship and venture building, and design thinking / lean-startup methods. Everything is structured around a concrete deliverable participants present at the end — a working app, a venture plan, a project. We adapt the content to your local context, and we co-lead with your educators or team leads.
All in-person workshops are taught in English.
When we'll be in Thailand: December 14–24, 2026 (expected — dates may shift). Everything we schedule needs to fall inside that window.
How long a session runs: anywhere from 3 hours to a full day, depending on what your organization needs. We'll recommend a length once we understand your group — 2–3 hours tends to suit high school and university audiences, while companies and executive teams usually go half-day or full-day.
What we bring: curriculum and facilitation, led by our co-founders.
What you provide: a venue and the participant group.
On honorariums. An honorarium helps cover program costs, travel, and accommodation, and goes back into future programs. If you're not an educational institution or nonprofit, it goes a long way toward reaching communities who truly need it.
Press and media welcome too. If you're a journalist or producer interested in interviewing Chuck, Lijie, or Pear — or filming a session or series — use this same form. Chuck and Lijie interview in English; Pear can interview in Thai or English.
This form is how we get to know you. It takes about 10 minutes, and we reply to everyone within 3–5 days.
