We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Cross-Functional Junior Associate to join our international remote team. Responsibilities

- Support daily operations and projects in assigned business lines.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering to inform strategy.

- Manage and assist in creating and maintaining reports, projects, and task documentation.

- Contribute to customer experience (CX) by supporting issue resolution and improvements.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring timeliness and quality.

Qualifications

- Basic English Proficiency

- Reliable internet connection and personal device suitable for remote work.

- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

- Passion for E-commerce and Digital-first businesses.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to commit to full-time (40 hours/week), with career progression opportunities. -Can handle repetitive daily tasks and support on new product launches. - Positive attitude, easily adaptable, and quick-learning - Optional: Has knowledge on PPC Ads and Amazon Seller Basics
