Please complete a separate form for each child you are registering. Select the meeting day(s) and session(s) your child will attend afterschool. If a date notes that a group is FULL, you can continue to register without being charged and will be placed on the waitlist.
The afterschool program is for children ages 6-11 and runs from 2:45pm to 5:30pm. Parents are responsible for transporting their child from their school to Belle Vie Farm. Each day of afterschool is subject to a minimum attendance of 4 children.
Because safety is our number 1 priority, if your child may require additional support to safely engage in activities such as tool use, fire building, or participating safely in a group setting, we encourage you to reach out prior to registering so we can determine if this program is a good fit.

Please note that we will not be meeting on Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Teacher Workdays and holidays. Prices for each meeting day are prorated for the number of times our group will be meeting during the session. You are welcome to sign up for more than one meeting day per week and for more than one session at a time.

While we currently only offer after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are open to extending these offerings to more days if enough interest shows. If you are interested, available, or prefer another day of the week for this, please select below. We will open registration for that day if the minimum of 4 children show interest on the same day.
