International Schools Partnership Limited and The British School of Málaga are obliged to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”), and the laws applicable when it takes or publishes images of its students.

Photographs may be used for school bulletins and social networks.
We only ever use the student's first name, never their surname and we will never tag students.
All the images will be kept and disposed of securely.
The authorisation may be revoked at any time.
There is no financial obligation on the part of the company.

I understand that I can exercise, in the terms provided by current legislation, the rights of access, rectification or deletion of my personal data or those of the minor, as well as the right of limitation or opposition to the processing of data, and the right to portability of the personal data. El uso habitual de las fotos es para boletines del colegio y redes sociales.
En caso de nombrarles, sólo se expresará su nombre, nunca se indicará el nombre y apellido de los menores.
Nunca se etiquetará a menores en redes sociales.
Las imágenes serán guardadas y desechadas en forma segura.
La autorización se puede revocar en cualquier momento.

🇪🇸 Condiciones generales

CONFIRMACIÓN DE LA PLAZA
El curso no se considera totalmente confirmado hasta haberse realizado la inscripción y abonado el importe. The British School of Málaga incluirá al alumno en el programa contratado, comprometiéndose éste a cumplir la normativa vigente en materia de estudio que la organización que realiza el curso tiene reglamentada, aceptando las reglas del colegio, sus horarios, plan de estudios y cualquier otro dimanante de las regulaciones internas del centro. El alumno estará bajo la tutela del representante de área en la zona que se le designe.
PROGRAMA
El Veraneo Camp es un programa de campamento de una semana que tendrá lugar en el colegio The British School of Málaga del 29 de junio al 3 de julio, impartido en español.
PRECIO
El precio del Veraneo Camp es de 250€ e incluye servicio de comedor. Cualquier otro servicio adicional no está incluido en el precio.
INSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO DEL CURSO
El importe del curso será abonado mediante transferencia o tarjeta bancaria. El importe del curso no será devuelto en ningún caso.
HORARIO
El horario es de 9:00 a 15:00 horas de lunes a viernes.
COMEDOR
Todos los alumnos tendrán servicio de comedor, suministrado por la cocina propia, en las instalaciones del colegio. Se les facilitará el menú a comienzo del curso.
EQUIPAMIENTO
Se ruega que todos los alumnos traigan su equipamiento adecuadamente marcado con su nombre, incluidas las mochilas. Los niños deberán traer equipamiento propio para las actividades acuáticas (toalla, gorro, bañador y chanclas). La dirección del curso no se responsabiliza de la pérdida de objetos. El curso tiene todo incluido, por lo que los participantes no necesitan dinero.
EXPULSIÓN DE UN PARTICIPANTE
The British School of Málaga se reserva el derecho de cancelar en cualquier momento la participación del alumno en el curso contratado en el caso de que éste:
- No respete los requisitos de asistencia académica o las normas de convivencia establecidas para el curso.
- Observarse un comportamiento disciplinario reprobable e incompatible con las normas más elementales de conducta a las que todos los participantes están obligados. Si incurriese en estas circunstancias, el alumno abandonará el curso sin derecho a ulterior reclamación ni compensación económica alguna.
Todos los gastos originados por dicho retorno correrán a cuenta del alumno o de sus padres o tutores. The British School of Málaga se compromete a presentar un informe detallado con las circunstancias acontecidas.
DATOS PERSONALES
Los datos facilitados por usted en el presente cuestionario se incorporarán al fichero de datos existente en este centro para ser utilizados en la gestión académica y/o administrativa de los alumnos, pudiendo por ello ejercitar ante el mimo los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición recogidos en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de carácter personal.

🇬🇧 General Conditions

CONFIRMATION OF PLACES
The course is not considered fully confirmed until enrolment has been completed and payment has been made. The British School of Málaga will include the student in the programme selected, with the student committing to comply with the study regulations established by the organisation running the course, and accepting the rules of the school, its timetables, curriculum, and any other requirements arising from the internal regulations of the centre. The student will remain under the supervision of the area representative assigned to the designated location.
PROGRAMME
Veraneo Camp is a one-week summer camp programme delivered in Spanish and taking place at The British School of Málaga from 29th June to 3rd July.
PRICE
The price of Veraneo Camp is €250, which includes lunch service. Any additional services are not included in the price.
ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT OF FEES
Full payment of the Summer School must be either by bank transfer or credit card. Under no circumstances can the money be refunded.
TIMETABLE
From 9.00 am to 3 pm from Monday to Friday.
LUNCH
Lunch will be provided to all students.
EQUIPMENT
We would ask that all students bring their equipment adequately marked with their name, including their school bags. Students should bring their own equipment for the water activities (towel, cap, swimming costume and sandals). The Management will not be held responsible for items which are lost. The course includes all materials therefore it is not necessary for your child to have money with them.
EXPULSION OF A STUDENT
The British School of Málaga reserves the right, at any time, to cancel a student's enrolment in the case that:
- The student does not abide by the attendance requirements or the rules which have been established by the Summer School.
- The student behaves in a way that is not in accordance with the rules set out by the school. If this should happen, the student will leave that course without any right to apply for compensation of fees paid. The British School of Málaga agree to provide a detailed report of the circumstances leading to the expulsion. All costs incurred as a consequence of this action must be paid for by the student, parents or guardian/s.
PERSONAL DETAILS
The details given in this form will be incorporated within our central data base and may be used for academic or administrative purposes. You are entitled to access, change or cancel these details according to the Data Protection Act 15/1999.
