This is for illustrators who love using visuals to explain, simplify, and shape how brands communicate.

ThunderClap is a remote global team of 30+ designers, illustrators, strategists, and developers on our way to build one of the most impactful design agencies in the world.

In a short span, we’ve had the chance to work with some incredible brands - Amazon, Factors, Storylane, Razorpay, Z47, and 80+ other B2B companies, helping them craft brands and websites that don’t just look good, but communicate clearly, tell strong visual stories, and truly move the needle.

In just over a year, we’ve grown into a 30+ member team (ex - Target, Post Office and Bombay DC to name a few), all working towards one shared goal: creating work that blends strategy, illustration-led storytelling, creativity, and craftsmanship - and delivers measurable business results.

We’re a completely remote-first team, spread across multiple countries. Work where you want, when you want. All we ask is a 2–3 hour overlap to sync with the team, that’s it. No “always on” culture, no endless shifts. Just focused, dedicated collaboration.
